Welcome to PHCC!  Here is how to secure your spot at PHCC for what is sure to be the best year yet!

We offered a priority enrollment to current and former members. We open the enrollment process at 8 am on 3 separate dates. Current members, those students enrolled for the previous school year and their siblings, enrollment opens first with a 7 day priority window. The next is for former members and includes any member families that have enrolled in any previous school year at PHCC.

Open Enrollment for new members opens last.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

• STEP1:  ENROLL your student by completely filling out the Enrollment Form (Opening January of 2025) You can do so by clicking the button below and which will open the Google Form in a new tab. Current and Former Members will need a password for the form email presidentPHCC@gmail.com for information.
• STEP 2:  Within 48 hours you will receive an enrollment confirmation email (sent to the email address provided on the enrollment form).  This email will confirm a HOLD on the requested space in your class of choice.  In the case that a class has reached its maximum hold capacity (3s -18 students, 4s -18 students) you will be offered a space on the wait list for that class.  
• STEP 3:  Accept or Deny the offered hold within 48 hours by responding directly to the enrollment confirmation email and submitting a $300 Enrollment Fee.  Enrollment payments will be accepted via PayPal (online payment fees of $12.82 will be added to this form of payment) or via check or money order mailed within 24 hours of acceptance.  Please indicate upon acceptance which form of payment you have chosen to accept your hold.  Failure to accept the offered hold within 48 hours may result in the hold being released to the next registrant on the waitlist. Once payment is received your student will be ENROLLED in the 2025-2026 school year!  All enrollment fees are non-refundable.
